金刚石组合绳锯半自动压胶条装置的设计 被引量:1

摘要 金刚石组合绳锯传统压胶条方式采用敲击方式,不仅人工消耗大,工作效率低,同时也会对设备轮体结构造成不可逆的伤害。为解决传统压胶条方式存在的问题,文章设计一种半自动压胶条装置,采用气缸对胶条进行压紧以及电机带动组合绳锯机工作轮转动的形式。通过两者对比,结果显示,金刚石组合绳锯半自动压胶条装置的使用可以使胶条安装效率提高50%以上。金刚石组合绳锯半自动压胶条装置能够进一步保证压胶质量,且大大提高工作效率,减少工人的劳动强度,从而较大程度降低使用成本及该项工作的操作难度与危险性,同时也奠定了该款产品的可行性。 The traditional rubber strip pressing method of diamond composite wire saw adopts knocking method,which not only consumes a lot of labor and has low working efficiency,but also causes irreversible damage to the wheel structure of the equipment.In order to solve the problem existing in the traditional adhesive tape pressing method,this paper designs a semi-automatic adhesive tape pressing device,which uses air cylinder to press the adhesive tape and motor to drive the working wheel of the combined wire saw machine to rotate.By comparing them,the result shows that the semi-automatic tape pressing device of diamond combination wire saw reduces the tape installation time by more than 50%.The semi-automatic rubber pressing device of diamond wire saw can further ensure the rubber pressing quality,greatly improve the working efficiency and reduce the labor intensity of workers,thus greatly reducing the use cost and the difficulty and danger of this work,and at the same time laying the foundation for the feasibility of this product.
