摘要
金刚石绳锯已经在石材切割和建筑工程领域得到了广泛的应用,一些新工艺和新方法被用于制作金刚石绳锯。采用串珠自动冷压成型技术,串珠热等静压技术,使生产效率得到大幅度提高,制作成本大幅下降;钎焊技术和金刚石定向排布技术提高了金刚石绳锯的综合性能。利用这些技术制作高性能的小直径绳锯和工程建筑用绳锯进一步扩大了绳锯的使用范围。
Diamond wire saw has been widely used in stone cutting and construction engineering field. Meanwhile, some new techniques and methods have been applied to producing diamond wire saw. Auto-cold-press moulding and beads HIP technology will improve the productivity greatly and save cost remarkably, while brazing and orderly-setting technology have enhanced the comprehensive performance of the diamond wire saw. The applying scope of the diamond wire saw will be widened after utilizing the above mentioned technology to produce diamond wire saw with small diameter and the wire saw used in engineering construction.
