摘要
目的探讨围术期综合护理模式在复发型三叉神经痛(RTN)患者行二次微血管减压(MVD)时的应用效果。方法选取RTN患者64例,将其随机分为观察组及对照组,分别应用围术期综合护理模式和常规护理模式,比较两组患者疼痛缓解率、住院时间、护理前后汉密尔顿焦虑及抑郁评分和并发症情况,并进行2年随访,统计复发情况。结果观察组手术有效率高于对照组(100%VS.87.5%,P<0.05),住院天数明显少于对照组(9.34±1.41VS.10.44±1.13,P<0.05),观察组护理后汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分(8.00±2.24VS.9.59±2.66,P<0.05)及抑郁评分量表评分(8.19±2.43VS.10.13±2.83,P<0.05)低于对照组。结论围术期综合护理模式可显著提高RTN患者二次MVD的有效率,减少住院天数,减轻患者焦虑、抑郁程度,促进术后快速康复,提高临床治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the application effect of perioperative comprehensive nursing in patients with recurrent trigeminal neuralgia(RTN)undergoing secondary microvascular decompression(MVD).Methods Sixty-four patients with recurrent trigeminal neuralgia were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group was given perioperative comprehensive nursing mode,whereas the control group was given routine nursing mode.The cure rate,eficacy,length of hospital stays,scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale and Depression Scale,and complications of the two groups were compared.A two-year follow-up was conducted to observe and counted the recurrence.Results The operative efficacy of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(100%VS.87.5%,P<0.05).The length of hospital stay was significantly lower than that of the control group(9.34±1.41 days VS.10.44±1.13 days,P<0.05).The scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(8.00±2.24 Vs.9.59±2.66,P<0.05)and Depression Scale(8.19±2.43 VS.10.13±2.83,P<0.05)affer nursing were significantly lower than those in the control group.Conclusion The application of perioperative comprehensive nursing mode in patients with recurrent trigeminal neuralgia can significantly improve the surgery efficacy,reduce the length of hospital stay,release the anxiety and depression of patients,promote postoperative rapid recovery,and improve clinical treatment efficacy.
