摘要
目的探讨快速康复外科理念联合个性化护理在扁桃体腺样体切除术患儿中的应用效果。方法选取2023年6月至2024年4月厦门市妇幼保健院收治的100例扁桃体腺样体切除术患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用快速康复外科理念联合个性化护理。比较两组手术相关指标、症状消失时间、疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)]、生命质量、家属护理满意度。结果观察组创面愈合时间、术后假膜形成时间、住院时间及流涕消失时间、鼻塞消失时间、睡眠打鼾消失时间、鼻翼扇动消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后3、7 d,观察组VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。出院时,观察组情感职能、社会功能、精神健康、生理功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组家属护理满意度为96.00%,高于对照组的76.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在扁桃体腺样体切除术患儿中应用快速康复外科理念联合个性化护理进行干预,可缩短术后康复时间及症状改善时间,有效缓解患儿疼痛程度,且可提升其生命质量及家属护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery combined with personalized nursing in children undergoing tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy.Methods A total of 100 children who underwent tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy were admitted to Xiamen Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2023 to April 2024 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received conventional care,while the observation group adopted the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery combined with individualized care.The surgery-related indicators,symptom disappearance time,pain degree(visual analogue scale[VAS]),quality of life and satisfaction with family care were compared between the two groups.Results The wound healing time,postoperative pseudomembrane formation time,hospital stay,and the disappearance time of runny nose,nasal congestion,sleep snoring and alar flap in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 3,7 d after surgery,the VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At discharge,the scores of emotional function,social function,mental health and physiological function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of family members with nursing care in the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 76.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery combined with individualized nursing intervention in children undergoing tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy can shorten the postoperative rehabilitation time and symptom improvement time,effectively relieve the pain of the children,and improve their quality of life and the satisfaction of family members with nursing care.
