摘要
目的观察氢吗啡酮在产妇剖宫产术后镇痛应用的效果。方法收集82例行剖宫产产妇,分为对照组(n=46)与治疗组(n=36)。比较两组产妇术后疼痛评分、镇静评分、术后肛门排气恢复时间、术后首次下床时间、首次下床活动持续时长、产妇术后24、48 h血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-10(IL^(-1)0)水平等指标及药物不良反应。结果治疗组产妇术后6、12、24、48 h疼痛评分、术后首次下床活动时间、首次下床活动持续时长、术后肛门排气恢复时间与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05),治疗组产妇术后6、12、24、48 h镇静评分、术后肛门排气恢复时间与对照组差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05);对照组与治疗组产妇用药后不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氢吗啡酮可提高产妇剖宫产术后镇痛效果,减少产妇术后炎性反应,促进产妇术后康复。
Objective To study the analgesic effect of hydromorphone after cesarean section.Methods A total of 82 women with cesarean section in our hospital were divided into control group(n=46)and treatment group(n=36).Postoperative pain score,sedation score,postoperative recovery time of anal exhaust,time of first time getting out of bed,duration of first time getting out of bed,serum TNF-αand IL^(-1)0 levels and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Results There were statistical differences between the treatment group and the control group in pain score at 6 h,12 h,24 h and 48 h after operation,time of first ambulation,duration of first ambulation and recovery time of anal exhaust after operation(P all<0.05).There was no significant difference in the sedation score of the treatment group at 6 h,12 h,24 h,48 h after childbirth and the recovery time of anal exhaust after childbirth between the treatment group and the control group(P all>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the control group and the treatment group(P>0.05).Conclusion Hydromorphone can significantly improve the analgesic effect after cesarean section,reduce the inflammatory reaction after childbirth and promote the postoperative recovery of puerpera.
