摘要
体育如何通过自身发展与带动发展,服务中国特色社会主义政治建设,是新时代中国体育学理论关注的重点内容,也是建构中国特色体育学术体系的重要议题。通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法等方法对体育在中国特色社会主义政治建设中的价值地位和作用进行分析,认为:体育在政治建设中发挥作用的重点领域是:践行以人民为中心的发展思想,健全完善体育公共服务体系;加快推进竞技强国建设,增强国家自信和凝聚力;传承弘扬中华体育精神,凝聚强国复兴精神力量;助力统战工作,巩固发展大团结大联合局面;建构中国特色体育话语体系,积极服务中国特色大国外交。提出体育助力政治建设的着力点为:加强党建引领,坚持党对体育事业的全面领导;发挥价值导向,构建中华体育精神引领的中国特色体育价值体系;增强法治支撑,完善保障人民群众参与体育活动权利的法治体系;推进体育组织建设,构建共建共治共享的体育治理体系;强化为民导向,建设满足人民美好生活需要的体育强国体系;建构中国特色体育话语体系,积极服务中国特色大国外交。
The key content and an important issue in the construction of sports academic system with the Chinese characteristics.of the Chinese sports theory in the new era is how sports can serve the construction of socialist politics with the Chinese characteristics through its own development and driving force of development.This paper analyzes the values and functions of sports in the construction of socialist politics with the Chinese characteristics through literature and logical analysis.It is held that sports serve practicing the idea of people-centered development and improving the sports public service system,accelerating the building of China into leading a sporting nation,enhancing the national confidence and cohesion,inheriting and carrying forward the Chinese sports spirit and the spirit of rejuvenation,consolidating the united front work,helping to construct the sports discourse system with the Chinese characteristics and the major country diplomacy with the Chinese characteristics.The key is to strengthen the leadership of the CPC and adhere to the overall leadership of sports by the CPC,to construct the sports value system with the Chinese characteristics led by Chinese sports spirit,to strengthen the support of the rule of law and improve the legal system to protect the rights of the people to participate in the sports activities,to promote the construction of sports organizations and build a sports governance system of co-construction,co-governance and sharing,to strengthen the people-oriented,to build a sports power system to meet the needs of the people’s aspiration for a better life,to construct the sports discourse system with the Chinese characteristics and actively serve the major country diplomacy with the Chinese characteristics.
