摘要 矿浆在线品位分析仪是选矿自动化领域的关键检测设备,取样系统作为在线品位分析仪的核心组件之一,其性能直接影响着品位仪分析测量的结果。目前矿山现场主要采用集中引流式取样系统和近流式取样系统两种取样结构。实际应用中均存在不同程度的堵塞、断流、磨损的情况。针对上述问题,研制了PFQ-3型矿浆在线取样系统。系统由提升泵、取样缓冲罐、取样刀口、液位计、阀门、管件、样品盒及电气控制系统组成,融合了近流式取样与集中式取样的优点,系统按照设定的时序逻辑自动周期性完成循环取样工作。在铜陵某选矿厂现场工业试验结果表明,相比较管道式取样系统,该新型矿浆取样系统具有结构简单,传输管路短,不易堵塞,取样的实时性及代表性均有了显著的提高,对选厂的生产作业起到了积极指导意义。 Slurry online grade analyzer is a key testing equipment in the field of mineral processing automation,sampling system as one of the core components of online grade analyzer,its performance directly affects the results of grade meter analysis and measurement.At present,the mine site mainly adopts two sampling structures:centralized drainage sampling system and near-flow sampling system.In actual applications,there are different degrees of blockage,flow interruption,and wear.In view of the above problems,the PFQ-3 type pulp online sampling system was developed.The system consists of a lifting pump,a sampling buffer tank,a sampling blade,a liquid level gauge,a valve,pipe fittings,a sample box and an electrical control system.The system automatically completes cyclic sampling according to the set timing logic.The results of on-site industrial tests in a concentrator in Tongling show that compared with the pipeline sampling system,the new type of slurry sampling system has a simple structure,short transmission pipeline,not easy to block,and the real-time and representative sampling has been significantly improved,which has played a positive guiding significance for the production operation of the separator.
