Open-pit Mine Truck Dispatching Optimization Method Based on NSGA-Ⅲand Road Transport Capacity Saturation

摘要 为高效调配露天矿卡车运输,进一步降低矿山企业运输成本,提出一种新的基于NSGA-Ⅲ和道路运输能力饱和度的露天矿卡车调度优化方法。在车流规划阶段,以卡车总运输量和卡车非作业时间最小为目标,以矿山各生产要素和生产原则为约束,建立多目标数学模型。采用NSGA-Ⅲ多目标遗传算法进行求解,求解出当前场景下完成矿山任务需要启用的最少卡车数量,以及理想的车流规划。在运输实时调度阶段,提出道路运输能力饱和度的调度策略,并和固定派车法组成综合调度方法来调整车流。在某露天矿实验结果表明:该方法提供了合理的车流规划,在完成道路车流目标的同时,有效减缓了道路的拥挤程度,减少了卡车在装载点和卸载点排队发生的频率,能对矿山系统正常情况和特殊情况进行处理,实现了实时调度卡车排队最优。 In order to efficiently allocate open-pit mine truck transportation and further reduce the transportation cost for mining enterprises,a new open-pit mine truck dispatch optimization method based on NSGA-Ⅲand road transportation capacity saturation is proposed:in the traffic planning phase,a multi-objective truck dispatching model is constructed with aims at minimizing truck transportation volume and non-operation running time,with production factors and production principles as constrains.Based on MATLAB,the NSGA-Ⅲmulti-objective genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem,and the minimum number of trucks that need to be activated to complete the mine task in the current scenario,as well as the ideal vehicle flow plan;In the real-time dispatching phase,a dispatching strategy based on saturation of road transportation capacity is proposed,and a comprehensive dispatching method is combined with the fixed dispatch method to adjust the traffic flow.The field test results of a mine show:while completing the goal of road traffic flow,it effectively reduces the degree of road congestion,reduces the frequency of truck queuing at the shovels and dumps,reduces the production cost and saves time,at the same time,it can deal with the normal and special conditions of the mine system,this method can provide reasonable traffic planning,and realize the optimal real-time dispatch of truck queuing.
