摘要
水泥原料矿山运输调度系统是一个涉及到产量、质量、成本的复杂系统。运用遗传算法原理对矿山运输调度系统进行了智能优化,解决了矿山运输调度系统的多目标优化问题。将其用于湖南雪峰水泥原料矿山运输调度系统的生产实践,既达到降低了矿山运输成本,又协调了质量与产量的关系。
Transportation scheduling system of a cement raw material quarry is a complicated system involved with the yield, quality and transportation cost of raw limestone. In this paper, the intelligent optimization of transportation scheduling system for a cement raw material quarry has been carried out based on genetic algorithms theory, so as to solve the multi-objective optimization problem on this scheduling system. In the meantime, The said approach has been used in the producing practice of transportation scheduling in Xuefeng cement raw material quarry in Hunan providence, the results is not only to reduce transportation cost, but also harmonize relation of quality and yield of raw limestone.
