摘要
基于动态能力理论和社会物质性观点,以双元视角探究不同市场导向对企业商业模式创新的影响机制以及揭示大数据能力的调节作用。通过对285份长三角地区企业的有效样本数据进行实证分析发现,相较于反应型市场导向,先动型市场导向对企业商业模式创新的正向作用更为显著;大数据能力的实时洞察与预测能力、深度分析能力和资源整合能力在反应型市场导向与商业模式创新的关系中发挥正向调节作用;在先动型市场导向与商业模式创新的关系中也发挥正向调节作用。因此,数字化时代企业应站在战略层面聚焦大数据能力的培育和完善,并需要平衡两类不同的市场导向对商业模式创新的作用,从而实现可持续性的商业模式创新。
Based on the dynamic capability theory and the viewpoint of social materiality, this paper explores the influence mechanism of different market orientations on the business model innovation and reveals the moderating effect of big data capability from the perspective of ambidexterity. Through empirical analysis of 285 valid sample data of enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta region, it is found that, compared with reactive market orientation, proactive market orientation has a more significant positive effect on business model innovation;the real-time insight and prediction capabilities, in-depth analysis capabilities and resource integration capabilities of big data capability play a positive regulatory role in the relationship between reactive market orientation and business model innovation;they also play a positive moderating role in the relationship between proactive market orientation and business model innovation.Therefore, enterprises in the digital era should focus on the cultivation and improvement of big data capability at the strategic level, and need to balance the role of two different market orientations on business model innovation, so as to achieve sustainable business model innovation.
