摘要
"大数据"正以各种方式和路径影响着企业的商业生态,它已经成为企业商业模式创新的基本时代背景。本文在阐释"大数据"之大变革性的基础上,提出"大数据"对商业模式创新驱动的三维视角,即大数据资源与技术的工具化运用、大数据资源与技术商品化推动"大数据"产业链形成、以"大数据"为中心的扩张引发行业跨界与融合;在商业模式创新的企业层面,揭示了"大数据"在企业价值主张创新、关键业务与流程创新、收益模式创新、外部关系网络与价值网络重构中的运用;在"大数据"产业链层面,沿大数据产品价值链的横向延伸、大数据技术产业链纵向定位与整合界定了六种基本商业模式类型,洞悉了以提供完整解决方案为导向的商业模式创新趋势;在行业层面,提出基于"连接"与"融合"的两种新兴商业模式——平台式商业模式和数据驱动跨界模式;并从资源基础论、创新理论、价值链理论、交易成本理论等角度剖析不同层面创新的不同驱动原理。本文为企业在"大数据"时代探寻商业模式创新切入点提供了一个系统化的分析框架。
Today, "big data" is exerting significant impact on business ecosystem by a variety of ways, and it has become a basic era background for business model innovation. Based on illustrations about revolutionary characteristics of "big data", the author points out three-dimensional perspective about how "big data" drives business model innovation: utilization of "big data" as tools on enterprise level, the formation of "big data" industrial chain based on the commercialization of "big data", data-driven "cross-border" and integration between industries. At the enterprise level, this paper reveals how enterprises use "big data" to innovate their customer value propositions, key processes and activities, revenue modes and value network. Focusing on "big data" industry, the attthor defines six basic types of business model according to the extension of the "big data" product value chain and the positioning and selection by enterprises on "big data" technology industry chain, and indicates a direction of innovation that "big data" industry tends to provide complete solutions for their customers. The paper puts forward two emerging business models based on "connection" and "integration" flatbed business model and data-driven cross-border model. From the perspectives of "resource base theory", "innovation theory", "value chain theory" and "transaction cost theory", the author finds out different drivers for different innovations. This article provides a systematic analysis framework for enterprises to explore entry points for business model innovation in the era of "big data".
