摘要
梯次利用是车用动力电池回收利用过程中的重要环节之一。保护消费者的知情权以及梯次利用电池产品生产商的权益十分必要。梯次利用电池是作为一种新的产品进行销售,因此必须采用标识。解读GB/T 34015.4-2021《车用动力电池回收利用梯次利用第4部分:梯次利用产品标识》,明确梯次利用产品与标识的定义,详细阐述标识的构成与相关的技术要求,为动力电池梯次利用企业提供符合标准要求的产品标识方法。
Echelon utilization was one of the important links in the recovery process of vehicle traction batteries.It was necessary to protect the consumers’rights to know and the rights of echelon used battery products manufacturers.The echelon used batteries were sold as a new commodity,so the products must be labeled.GB/T 34015.4-2021 Recovery of Traction Battery Used in Electric Vehicle-Echelon Use-Part 4:Labels for Echelon Used Battery Products was interpreted,the definition of echelon used products and its labels was clarified,the composition of labels and relevant technical requirements were elaborated,in order to provide a method of product labels that met the standard requirements for traction battery echelon utilization enterprises.
