摘要
对于研究电动汽车电池电力优化控制问题,准确地估算电池的荷电状态是一个不可忽视的环节。为了解决安时积分法不能估计初始荷电状态、难于准确测量库仑效率和电池可用容量变化的问题,提出了用安时积分法与开路电压法相结合,并分别对安时积分公式中各相关参数进行修正和优化的方法,通过对磷酸铁锂动力电池进行实验,完成了各参数的修正。仿真与试验的对比结果表明,改进方法可以减小安时积分法估计电池荷电状态时产生的累积误差,达到了电动汽车优化控制的应用要求。
For the battery power optimization control in electric vehicles, accurately estimating battery SOC ( state of charge) is a part that should not be ignored. In order to solve the problem that it is difficult for the ampere hour in- tegral method to accurately measure the initial state of charge, Coulomb efficiency and variation of battery available capacity, this paper proposed a method which integrates ampere hour integral method and open circuit voltage meth- od, modifies and optimizes each relevant parameter respectively in the integral formula. Through conducting tests on a power LiFeP04 Li-ion battery, the correction of every parameter was completed. The results show that this improved method can reduce the cumulative error of battery SOC estimation, and meet the application requirements for the safe operation of the electric vehicle.
