摘要
目的:探究超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、甲状腺激素水平与精神分裂症病情严重程度的相关性。方法:选取2020年12月-2021年11月江西省第五人民医院精神分裂症患者82例作为观察组,选取同期健康体检者40例作为对照组。收集两组性别、年龄、受教育程度等一般资料,检测两组hs-CRP、Hcy、甲状腺激素水平,对观察组进行阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分,并进行相关性分析。结果:单因素方差分析显示,观察组<35岁、有精神病家族史、有精神创伤事件的比例均高于对照组,hs-CRP、Hcy的水平均高于对照组,TSH、T_(3)、T_(4)、FT_(3)、FT_(4)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。ROC分析显示:hs-CRP、Hcy、TSH、T_(3)、T_(4)、FT_(3)、FT_(4)水平的AUC分别为0.836、0.813、0.771、0.669、0.659、0.812、0.833,最佳截断值分别为1.22 mg/L、18.23μmol/L、2.39μIU/mL、0.72 ng/mL、5.89μg/dL、2.47 pg/mL、1.56×10^(7)mg/dL。相关性分析显示,hs-CRP(r=0.684,P<0.001)、Hcy(r=0.662,P<0.001)水平与PANSS评分呈现显著正相关,TSH(r=-0.276,P=0.012)、T_(3)(r=-0.123,P=0.042)水平与PANSS评分呈负相关。结论:hs-CRP、Hcy水平与精神分裂症病情严重程度呈显著正相关,TSH、T_(3)水平与精神分裂症病情严重程度呈负相关,这对于预防和治疗精神分裂症起着重要的指导意义。
Objective:To investigate the correlation between the levels of high-sensitivity C reactive protein(hs-CRP),homocysteine(Hcy)and thyroid hormone and the severity of schizophrenia.Method:From December 2020 to November 2021,82 patients with schizophrenia in the Fifth People’s Hospital of Jiangxi Province were selected as the observation group,and 40 healthy subjects were selected as the control group during the same period.The general data such as gender,age and education level of the patients in two groups were collected,the levels of hs-CRP,Hcy and thyroid hormone were detected in the two groups,and the positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS)scores were used for the patients in the observation group,and the correlation analysis was carried out.Result:Univariate ANOVA showed that the proportion of patients<35 years old,with family history of psychosis,and with traumatic events in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the levels of hs-CRP and Hcy were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of TSH,T_(3),T_(4),FT_(3)and FT_(4)were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).ROC analysis showed that the AUCs of hs-CRP,Hcy,TSH,T_(3),T_(4),FT_(3)and FT_(4)levels were 0.836,0.813,0.771,0.669,0.659,0.812 and 0.833,respectively,and the optimal cut-off values were 1.22 mg/L,18.23μmol/L,2.39μIU/mL,0.72 ng/mL,5.89μg/dL,2.47 pg/mL and 1.56×10^(7)mg/dL.Correlation analysis showed that:hs-CRP(r=0.684,P<0.001)and Hcy(r=0.662,P<0.001)levels were significantly positively correlated with PANSS score.TSH(r=-0.276,P=0.012)and T_(3)(r=-0.123,P=0.042)levels were negatively correlated with PANSS scores.Conclusion:The levels of hs-CRP and Hcy are significantly positively correlated with the severity of schizophrenia,and the levels of TSH and T_(3) are negatively correlated with the severity of schizophrenia,which plays an important guiding role in the prevention and treatment of schizophrenia.
