摘要
从新时代社会主要矛盾来理解和把握生态文明建设,是科学社会主义在21世纪中国展现出强大生命力的重要内容。生态不等于自然,单纯用自然诠释生态恐怕不够。生态是人与自然及其之间的关系,是一个系统范畴,需要完整有机地认识和把握,需要特别注意人和社会的发展维度对其进行的锚定和透视。社会主义生态文明建设强调生态文明是工业文明发展的历史产物,是人与自然和谐共生发展的新要求,是正确理解和把握人与自然及其之间关系的必然结果,也是正确解决人与自然不平衡不充分的发展与满足人民美好生活需要之间矛盾的根本选择,具有多重维度和多元意蕴。社会主义生态文明(不是生态主义)的哲学基础不是超验自然主义。新时代社会主要矛盾的正确解决离不开社会主义生态文明建设,在解决人与自然的矛盾问题中推进新时代中国特色社会主义生态文明建设,是解决新时代社会主要矛盾的重要内容,才能真正实现理论与实践、历史与现实、问题与主义、生产与生活的有机统一。
Understanding and grasping the construction of ecological civilization from the perspective of the social principal contradiction for a new era is an important part of the strong vitality of scientific socialism in China in the 21st century.Ecology is not equal to nature.It may not be enough to interpret ecology simply by nature.Ecology includes human and nature and their relationship.It is a systematic category that needs to be fully and organically understood and grasped.Special attention should be paid to the anchoring and perspective of the development dimension of human and society.The construction of socialist ecological civilization emphasizes that ecological civilization is a historical product of the development of industrial civilization,a new requirement for the harmonious symbiotic development of human and nature,an inevitable result of correctly understanding and grasping human and nature and their relationship,and a fundamental choice to correctly solve the contradiction between human and nature unbalanced and inadequate development and meeting the people’s needs for a better life.It has multiple dimensions and multiple implications.The philosophical basis of socialist ecological civilization is not transcendental naturalism.The correct solution of the social principal contradiction for a new era cannot be separated from the construction of socialist ecological civilization.Promoting the construction of socialist ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics for the new era in solving the contradiction between human and nature is an important part of solving the social principal contradiction for a new era.It can truly realize the organic unity of theory and practice,history and reality,problems and doctrines,production and life.
