摘要
为了解决纺前注入法生产高洁净度粘胶短纤维存在的钛白粉团聚性高、在粘胶中分散不均匀和成品纤维疵点高等问题,研究开发了一种新型高洁净度粘胶短纤维制造工艺。将对甲纤含量0.5%~1%的钛白粉和对甲纤含量0.003%的分散剂调配成浓度为200~260 g/L的消光剂溶液,搅拌1 h后在黄化21.1步将调配好的消光剂溶液打入溶解机中。粘胶和消光剂溶液在溶解机、细均化器中经过80 min 16轮循环研磨搅拌,使钛白粉颗粒充分而均匀的分散到粘胶中。结果表明,新型高洁净度粘胶短纤维的白度高达94%~95%,疵点<1.0 mg/kg。
In order to solve the problems of high agglomeration of titanium dioxide, uneven dispersion in viscose, and high defects of finished fibers in the production of high-clean viscose staple fibers by the pre-spinning injection method, a new type of high-cleanness viscose staple fiber was developed. The titanium dioxide with a content of 0.5%-1% of alphacellulose and a dispersant with a content of 0.003% of alphacellulose were prepared into a matting agent solution with a concentration of 200-260 g/L. After stirring for 1 hour, the matting agent solution was poured into the dissolving machine in step 21.1 of sulphofication technical process. The solution of viscose and matting agent was ground and stirred for 80minutes and 16 cycles in the dissolving machine and fine homogenizer, so that the titanium dioxide particles were fully and uniformly dispersed into the viscose. The results show that the whiteness of the new high-clean viscose staple fiber was 94%-95%, and the defect was less than 1.0 mg/kg.
