介绍了 1.6 7dtex× 38mm高白度、低残硫、中性粘胶短纤维生产的主要工艺流程和工艺参数。该短纤维可以用改进后的普通棉型粘胶短纤维生产线进行生产 ,其质量指标能够达到用作医疗用非织造布原料的要求。
The process route and technique parameters of producing neutral viscose fiber with 1.67 dtex×38 mm, high whiteness and low residual sulfur were introduced. The viscose fiber could be manufactured by improved production line that used for producing general cotton type of viscose fiber. The quality index of the fiber can meet the requirements of the fiber material for medical nonwovens.
