摘要
运用实地调查、逻辑分析等方法,对我国无居民海岛休闲体育旅游资源开发利用困境与对策进行研究。我国无居民海岛休闲体育旅游资源具有自然地理景观与人文景观优势、经济效益优势。开发利用困境:地方政策制定不完善、开发投入不足且层次低、缺乏配套设施与专业技术人员。开发利用对策:加强战略顶层设计,完善政策法规,构建生态长效保护机制,拓宽融资渠道、改善基础配套设施,加大宣传力度、培养应用型专业人才。
By using the methods of field survey and logic analysis,this paper studied the dilemma and countermeasure of developing and utilizing leisure sports tourism resources in uninhabited islands in China.The uninhabited island leisure sports tourism resource has the advantage of natural geographical landscape,cultural landscape and economic benefit.Dilemma:The local policy formulation is imperfection,the development investment is insufficient and low level,the lack of supporting facilities and professional and technical personnel.Countermeasures for development and utilization:We should strengthen the top-level design of strategies,improve policies and regulations,build a long-term ecological protection mechanism,expand financing channels,improve infrastructure,increase publicity and train application-oriented professionals.
