摘要
目的:探讨热奄包联合耳穴埋豆护理预防骨科术后尿潴留的效果。方法:将200例骨科手术患者按组间基本特征均衡可比方法分为两组,每组100例。对照组术后耳穴埋豆;观察组术后采用热奄包联合耳穴埋豆护理;比较两组术后尿潴留发生率及排尿情况。结果:观察组术后尿潴留发生率2.00%低于对照组的18.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后首次排尿时间、首次排尿所用时间均短于对照组,初次排尿量高于对照组,术后4、6、12、24h排尿顺畅度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后胃肠功能恢复时间短于对照组,术后6、12、24、24h数字等级评分法NRS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后3d尿流动力学改善程度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:热奄包联合耳穴埋豆护理可缩短患者术后首次排尿时间,减少尿潴留的发生。
Objective:To investigate the effect of hot buns combined with ear acupoint burying beans in the prevention of urinary retention after orthopaedic surgery.Methods:200 patients with orthopedic surgery were divided into two groups according to the basic characteristics of the two groups,100 cases in each group.The control group received ear acupoint-burying beans after operation;the observation group was given the nursing care combined with auricular acupoint-burying beans;the incidence of postoperative urinary retention and urination were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of postoperative urinary retention in the observation group was 2.00%lower than that in the control group,which was 18.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The first urination time and the first urination time in the observation group after operation were shorter than those in the control group,the initial urination volume was higher than that in the control group,and the smoothness of urination at 4,6,12,and 24 hours after operation was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative recovery time of gastrointestinal function in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the numerical rating scale(NRS)scores at 6,12,24,and 24 h after operation were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of urodynamics in the observation group was higher than that in the control group at 3 days after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing of hot buns combined with ear acupoint burying beans can shorten the first urination time and reduce the occurrence of urinary retention.
