摘要
目的:观察血清可溶性B7-H3(sB7-H3)及炎性因子水平与支原体肺炎患儿病情严重程度的相关性。方法:回顾性分析2019年12月到2021年2月该院收治的100例支原体肺炎患儿的临床资料,设为观察组。另选取同期于该院健康体检的30名儿童临床资料为对照组。比较两组血清sB7-H3及炎性因子[γ干扰素(IFN-γ)、粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(GM-CSF)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)]水平。依据观察组患儿病情严重程度,将其分为轻症亚组52例和重症亚组48例,比较两亚组患儿血清sB7-H3和IFN-γ、GM-CSF、IL-4、IL-17水平。采用Spearman相关性分析,分析血清sB7-H3、IFN-γ、GM-CSF、IL-4、IL-17水平与支原体肺炎患儿病情严重程度的相关性。结果:观察组血清sB7-H3、IFN-γ、GM-CSF、IL-17水平均高于对照组,血清IL-4水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);重症亚组血清sB7-H3、IFN-γ、GM-CSF水平均高于轻症亚组,血清IL-17水平低于轻症亚组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);重症亚组与轻症亚组血清IL-4水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);Spearman相关性分析结果显示,血清sB7-H3、IFN-γ、GM-CSF水平与支原体肺炎患儿病情严重程度均呈正相关性(r>0,P<0.05);血清IL-17、IL-4水平与支原体肺炎患儿病情严重程度均无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:血清sB7-H3、IFN-γ、GM-CSF水平与支原体肺炎患儿病情严重程度均呈正相关性,血清IL-17、IL-4水平与支原体肺炎患儿病情严重程度均无相关性。
Objective:To observe correlations among serum levels of sB7-H3 and related cytokines and severity of mycoplasma pneumonia in children.Methods:The clinical data of 100 children with mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to the hospital from December 2019 to February 2021 were retrospectively analyzed and they were set as observation group.The clinical data of 30 children who underwent physical examination in this hospital during the same period were retrospectively analyzed and they were selected as control group.The levels of serum sB7-H3 and related cytokines[interferon-γ(IFN-γ),granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor(GM-CSF),interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-17(IL-17)]were compared between the two groups.According to the severity of the children in the observation group,they were divided into mild subgroup(52 cases)and severe subgroup(48 cases).The serum levels of sB7-H3,IFN-γ,GM-CSF,IL-4 and IL-17 were compared between the two subgroups.Spearman correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlations among the serum sB7-H3,IFN-γ,GM-CSF,IL-4,IL-17 levels and the severity of mycoplasma pneumonia in the children.Results:The levels of serum sB7-H3,IFN-γ,GM-CSF and IL-17 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the level of serum IL-4 was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum sB7-H3,IFN-γand GM-CSF in the severe subgroup were higher than those in the mild subgroup,the level of serum IL-17 was lower than that in the mild subgroup,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the serum IL-4 level between the severe subgroup and the mild subgroup(P>0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that the serum sB7-H3,IFN-γ,GMCSF levels were positively correlated with the severity of mycoplasma pneumonia(r>0,P<0.05),while the serum IL-17 and IL-4 levels were not correlated with the severity of mycoplasma pneumonia(P>0.05).Conclusions:The serum sB7-H3,IFN-γ,GM-CSF levels are positively correlated with the severity of mycoplasma pneumonia,while the serum IL-17 and IL-4 levels are not correlated with the severity of mycoplasma pneumonia.
