摘要
农村水利工程是乡村振兴战略实施的关键内容,做好农村水利工程造价管理工作对提升农村水利工程的施工质量、财政资金使用效率都具有重要意义。宁夏农垦连湖灌区改造项目工程属于典型的农村水利工程。施工内容主要包括扬水泵站的改建、相关配套设施-水泵、电机等设备的更换、修建抗旱钢管深水井等。为了提升宁夏农垦连湖灌区改造项目整体管理水平,文章就项目成本控制、施工各阶段的工程造价管理进行了深入研究,探索提升工程经济效益与施工质量的方法策略。
Rural water conservancy projects are the key content of the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.Doing well the cost management of rural water conservancy projects is of great significance to improving the construction quality of rural water conservancy projects and the use efficiency of financial funds.Taking the renovation project of Lianhu Irrigation District of Ningxia Agricultural Reclamation as an Example,this project is a typical rural water conservancy project.The construction contents mainly include:the reconstruction of the pumping station,the replacement of related supporting facilities-pumps,motors and other equipment,and the construction of drought-resistant steel pipe deep water wells.In order to improve the overall management level of Lianhu Irrigation District Reconstruction Project in Ningxia Agricultural Reclamation,the project cost control and project cost management in each construction stage were deeply studied,and the methods and strategies to improve the economic benefits and construction quality of the project were explored.
