摘要
为研究低温下电机余热回收对动力电池SOC、低温容量衰减的影响,文章对某纯电轻卡进行了改制及试验,接着以试验数据为基础利用KULI建立动力电池放电模型,利用Matlab/Simulink建立电池容量衰减模型。对设定的工况进行仿真,得出在推荐的加热策略下,余热回收可提高约1%的SOC,降低约0.5%的容量衰减。进一步研究发现,只有电池增加隔热措施,才能将其温度调整至合适的区间。
In order to study the impact of the heat recovery of motor at low temperature on Battery SOC and low temperature capacity loss, this paper has restructured an electric Light truck and tested it. Based on the data, a battery discharge model was built in KULI, a low temperature capacity loss model was built with Matlab/Simulink.Then simulation of the battery was taken under setting conditions, the results show that under the recommended heating strategy, the waste heat recovery can increase the SOC of about 1% and reduce the capacity loss of about0.5%. Further studies found that only when add the heat insulation measures to the battery can the temperature be adjusted to the appropriate range.
