摘要
目的分析妇科腹腔镜手术患者手术舒适度的影响因素,为提高腹腔镜手术患者的舒适度提供参考。方法选取2020年10月至2021年9月山东大学第二医院收治的98例行腹腔镜卵巢囊肿手术患者为本次调查的研究对象,根据舒适度评分将其分为舒适良好组(80例)与舒适差组(18例),采取舒适状况量表、医院焦虑抑郁量表等评估患者的情况,通过单因素与Logistic回归分析对影响妇科腹腔镜手术患者手术舒适度进行分析。结果以舒适度量表为评估标准,98例行腹腔镜手术患者的舒适度差者为18例,约18.37%,单因素分析表明年龄、文化程度、手术史、个人月收入、留置尿管疼痛、婚姻状况等无统计学意义(均P>0.05);舒适度与患者的术后恶心呕吐、口干、住院环境、口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散等显著相关,组间差异性大,有统计学意义(均P<0.05);Logistic回归分析表明,舒适度与患者术后恶心呕吐、口干、住院环境显著相关,具有统计学意义(均P<0.05),与口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散无关(P>0.05)。结论妇科腹腔镜手术患者舒适度相对较低,口干、术后恶心呕吐、术后腹胀、住院环境等是造成的妇科腹腔镜手术患者舒适度差的主要原因,针对舒适度差的特点可制定专业化的护理措施。
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of comfort level of gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients,and provide reference for improving the comfort level of laparoscopic surgery patients.Methods Ninety-eight patients undergoing laparoscopic ovarian cyst surgery admitted to the Second Hospital of Shandong University from October 2020 to September 2021 were the research objects of this survey.According to the comfort score,they were divided into good comfort group(80 cases)and poor comfort group(18 cases).Comfort Scale and Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale were used to evaluate the patients'conditions.Univariate and Logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the influence on the surgical comfort of gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients.Results Based on the comfort scale,18 cases(18.37%)of the 98 laparoscopic surgery patients had a poor comfort level.Univariate analysis showed that there were no significant differences in age,education level,surgical history,personal monthly income,indignant catheter pain and marital status(P>0.05).Comfort level was significantly correlated with postoperative nausea and vomiting,dry mouth,hospital environment and oral compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that the comfort level was significantly correlated with postoperative nausea and vomiting,dry mouth and hospital environment,with statistical significance(P<0.05),and was not related to oral compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder(P>0.05).Conclusions The comfort of gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients is relatively low.Dry mouth,postoperative nausea and vomiting,postoperative abdominal distension,hospitalization environment and so on are the main reasons for the poor comfort of gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients.Professional nursing measures can be developed according to the characteristics of poor comfort.
