摘要
目的:统计分析因牙髓炎行RCT后患牙的临床特征及术后3年的疗效,探讨影响其疗效的关键因素。方法:回顾性收集2016年12月~2018年1月因牙髓炎就诊并行完善RCT患牙的临床资料,回访牙齿存留及冠修复情况,并采用Logistic回归分析RCT疗效的相关影响因素。结果:共有467例患者的467颗患牙纳入研究,其中男性患者患牙184颗(39.4%)。因牙髓炎首次行RCT后3年的成功率为88.87%。Logistic回归分析结果发现,RCT后行冠修复对RCT疗效的影响有统计学差异(P<0.05),而牙位、性别、年龄、病因、治疗医生资历、治疗次数、冠方充填材料类型对RCT疗效的影响无显著统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:RCT后行冠修复可提高RCT成功率,临床疗效更好,同时有利于患者咀嚼、语言功能恢复,满足美观需求。
Objective:The clinical characteristics and 3-year curative effect of the affected teeth after root canal therapy(RCT)for pulpitis were analyzed statistically,and the key factors affecting the curative effect were discussed.Methods:December 2016 to January 2018,the clinical data of the affected teeth treated with excellent RCT due to pulpitis were collected retrospectively.Then inquire circumstance about tooth survival and crown restoration,describe the clinical characteristics of teeth with RCT,and Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the relevant factors that may affect the curative effect of RCT.Results:A total of 467 patients with 467 affected teeth were included in the study.Among them,184 teeth(39.4%)were found in male patients.The success rate was 88.87%after the first RCT due to pulpitis for three years.Logistic regression analysis showed that there was statistic difference between crown restoration after RCT and curative effect after RCT(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between tooth type,gender,age,causes of dental pulpitis,doctor qualification,treatment sessions,crown filling materials type and curative effect after RCT(P>0.05).Conclusion:Crown restoration after RCT can improve the success rate of RCT and obtain better clinical curative effect.At the same time,it is conducive to the recovery of masticatory function and language function of patients,and meet the aesthetic needs of patients.
