摘要
老年冠心病患者具有复杂多样的临床特点,单一治疗模式不能满足患者实际临床需求。基于病证结合的中西医结合诊治体系能有效改善老年冠心病患者的症状及生活质量。在中西医临床诊治过程中应重视老年冠心病患者“本虚标实,因虚致实、痰瘀同患”的特点,提倡“中西结合,优势互补;病证结合,精准治疗;注重整体,双心同治;中医循证,科学防治”的诊治思路。
Objective Elderly patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)have complex and diverse clinical characteristics,and single treatment model cannot meet the actual clinical needs of patients.The diagnosis and treatment model of the integration of Chinese and Western medicine based on the combination of disease and syndrome can effectively improve symptoms and quality of life of elderly patients with CHD.In the process of clinical diagnosis and treatment of Chinese and Western medicine,the characteristics of elderly patients with CHD,such as"asthenia in origin and asthenia in superficiality,deficiency leads to excessive,and phlegm-stasis cementation"should be paid attention,the thinking of"integrating Chinese and Western medicine by mutual complement of advantages;combining disease and syndrome to achieve precise treatment;focusing on the whole,treating hearts and mind together;evidence-based Chinese medicine,scientific prevention and treatment"should be advocated.
