摘要
靳三针中“突三针”“舌三针”两穴组对甲状腺癌切除术后声带麻痹的治疗具有显著临床疗效,“突三针”守瘿瘤之本,结合“舌三针”启音声之关,配伍远端“通里、太溪”通音声之机,辅以导气同精、通督调神手法,能有效缓解患者因声带麻痹带来的声嘶、发音困难、咳嗽等症状。本文从临证思路、主要取穴、针刺手法及临床运用方面来介绍治疗甲状腺癌切除术后声带麻痹的方法。
‘Tu three-needle’and‘tongue three-needle’of‘Jin’s three-needle’have significant clinical effects in treatment of vocal cord paralysis after thyroidectomy.The symptoms of hoarseness,dysphonia and cough caused by vocal cord paralysis can be effectively relieved by‘Tu three-needle’and‘tongue three-needle’,combined with needling Tongli(HT5)and Taixi(KI3),as well as accompanied by Qi-guiding and Shen-regulating acupuncture.This study summarized clinical experience in treating vocal cord paralysis after thyroidectomy from the aspects of clinical thought,acupoints selection rules,acupuncture manipulations and clinical applications.
