摘要
新冠疫情对中国及全球航空货运市场造成严重冲击,航空货运以其安全高效及遍及全球的航线网络优势,在全球供应链中的地位迅速提升。从国内市场来看,疫情对我国航空货运造成一定冲击,但由于国家对航空货运的大力支持,货运量持续回升,截至2021年6月已恢复至疫情前水平。从全球市场来看,疫情重塑国际航空货运市场格局,后疫情时代货运需求强劲。基于航空货运市场现状,提出加强政策引导、增加全货机规模、构建全球航空货运网络、推进航空货运信息平台、发展多式联运以及区港联动等对策,对后疫情时代加强我国航空货运能力建设提供发展建议。
The COVID-19 pandemic severely impacted the air cargo market in China and around the world.Air cargo increased its position rapidly in the global supply chain owning to its safety, efficiency and global route network. In terms of the domestic market, the epidemic had a certain impact on China’s air cargo, but because of the strong support for air cargo, the volume of cargo recovered to the pre-epidemic level in June 2021. As to the global market, the epidemic reshaped the international air cargo market, with strong demand for freight in the post-epidemic era. Based on the current situation of air cargo market, countermeasures are proposed to provide suggestions for increasing China’s air cargo capacity in the post-epidemic era. The measures include strengthening policy guidance, increasing the scale of all-cargo aircraft, building a global air cargo network, building an air cargo information platform, and promoting regional and port integration.
