摘要
目的:观察防风通圣汤加减治疗月经性偏头痛肝火型的临床疗效。方法:96例随机分为治疗组和对照组各48例,治疗组从月经前4天到月经第3天服用防风通圣汤加减,对照组从月经前4天到月经第3天服用盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊,连续治疗3个月经周期。结果:治疗后两组头痛积分,中医证候积分均降低,且治疗组低于对照组;治疗后两组血浆CGRP水平降低,且治疗组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组血浆5-HT水平均升高,且治疗组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治愈率及总有效率治疗组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:防风通圣汤治疗月经性偏头痛肝火型疗效较好,优于盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Fangfeng Tongsheng Decoction in treating menstrual migraine with liver-fire syndrome. Methods: Ninty-six cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 48 cases in each group. The treatment group were treated with Fangfeng Tongsheng Decoction from 4 days before menstruation to 3 days after menstruation, while the control group were treated with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules from 4 days before menstruation to 3 days after menstruation. Results : After treatment, the headache scores and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups decreased, and the treatment group was lower than the control group. After treatment, the plasma CGRP levels in the two groups decreased, and that in the treatment group was lower than the control group, with statistically significant difference( P<0.05). After treatment,the plasma 5-HT levels of the two groups increased, and that in the treatment group was higher than the control group, with statistically significant difference( P<0.05). The curative rate and total effective rate of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion : Fangfeng Tongsheng Decoction is superior to flunarizine hydrochloride capsules in the treatment of menstrual migraine with liver-fire syndrome.
