摘要
目的观察以女性宝胶囊为主治疗月经性偏头痛的临床疗效。方法将110例月经性偏头痛患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组55例。对照组予盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊及药茶口服,治疗组予女性宝胶囊及药茶口服。两组疗效均为3个月,随访3个月,观察临床疗效及安全性,比较性激素相关指标及复发率。结果 1治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为96.36%、87.27%;组间临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2治疗前后组内比较,治疗组雌二醇(E2)水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,E2水平差异有统计学意义,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。3疗程结束后3个月,治疗组复发率为23.08%(9/39),对照组复发率为53.85%(7/13),两组复发率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。4试验期间,对照组出现嗜睡9例、锥体外系反应5例、失眠焦虑4例,均与盐酸氟桂利嗪的副作用有关;而治疗组未出现明显的不良反应。结论女性宝胶囊联合药茶治疗月经性偏头痛,可明显缓解头痛,减少复发,同时未发现明显副作用。
Objective To observed the clinical efficacy of ＂Nvxing Bao Capsule＂ in treating menstrual migraine. Methods One hundred and eleven cases with menstrual migraine were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 55 cases in each group. The control group was given Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules orally, and treatment group was given ＂Nvxing Bao Capsule＂ and medicinal tea orally, with the course of 3 months, followed up for 3 months. The clinical efficacy and safety of estrogen were observed, and the relevant indicators and recurrence rate were compared. Results （1） The total effective rate was 96.36% in the treatment group and was 87.27 % in the control group, with significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. （2） There was a statistical difference in E2 level of the treatment group between before and after treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; and with statistical difference between treatment group and control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. （3） Three months after the end of treatment, the recurrence rate was 23.08% （9/39） in the treatment group and was 53.85% （7/13） in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. （4） During the experiment, 9 cases of somnolence, 5 eases of extrapyramidal reactions and 4 cases of insomnia and anxiety were found in the control group, which related with the side effects of flunarizine hydroehloride; while no side effects has been found in the treatment group. Conclusion Combined ＂Nvxing Bao Capsule＂ and medicinal tea can alleviate headache and reduce the recurrence rate in patients with menstrual migraine. No obvious side effect has been found during the treatment.
