摘要
目前我国学术面临内卷化困境,具体表征为学术研究泡沫式内卷、学术评价摇摆式内卷和学术治理循环式内卷三个方面。透析学术内卷化的生成机理发现,传统观念的影响、学术制度的缺陷、利益相关者的责任弱化是造成学术内卷化的重要原因。基于此,应从重塑学术观念、匡正学术研究的价值立场,改革学术制度、优化学术研究的制度环境,规范利益相关者行为、构建学术利益共同体三方面入手破解学术内卷化困境。
At present,Chinese academia is faced with the dilemma of involution,which is embodied in three aspects:foaming involution in academic research;swinging involution in academic evaluation;and circular involution in academic governance.The analysis of the generating mechanism of academic involution shows that the involution is mainly caused by traditional ideas,the defects of academic system and the weakening responsibility of stakeholders.Therefore,we should reshape the academic concept,rectify the value of academic research,reform the academic system,optimize the institutional environment of academic research,and standardize the behavior of stakeholders,constructing a community of academic interests.
