基于滚筒弹齿式起膜机构的残膜回收机的设计与试验 被引量:7

摘要 【目的】针对现有杆齿式残膜回收机在起膜捡拾过程中地面残膜漏捡或脱落问题,【方法】提出基于滚筒均布的起膜弹齿形变与恢复特性实现弹齿动态仿形扎膜、挑膜和送膜功能的方法,设计了一种基于滚筒弹齿式起膜机构的残膜回收机,重点对滚筒弹齿式起膜机构进行结构设计、力学分析和运动仿真分析,得到了影响起膜效果的关键因素、相互关系以及不漏捡条件。【结果】通过设计正交试验,并采用响应曲面法分析,验证得到:当机具前进速度为4.9 km/h,起膜弹齿直径为9.71 mm,起膜轴转速为86.1 r/min时,残膜回收率最优为91.22%,含杂率最优为3.4%。【结论】试验验证结果良好,满足回收作业要求,表明设计合理,为后续研究提供参考。 【Objective】This study was conducted to solve the problem that the residual film on the ground is missing or falling off in the process of picking up the film.【Method】A method was proposed to realize the functions of dynamic profiling like film binding,film picking and film feeding by elastic teeth based on the uniformly-distributed rollers,and a residual film recycling machine was designed based on the roller elastic teeth mechanism,with the emphasis on the structural design,mechanical analysis and motion simulation analysis of the roller elastic teeth mechanism,obtaining the key factors and the related parameters affecting film lifting efficiency.【Result】With orthogonal design and response surface analysis,the results verified that when the forward speed of the machine was 4.9 km/h,the diameter of the film-lifting elastic tooth was 9.71 mm and the rotating speed of the film-lifting shaft was 86.1 r/min,the best recovery rate of residual film was 91.22%and the best impurity ratio was 3.4%.【Conclusion】The experimental verification results are good to meet the requirements of recycling operation,indicating that the design is reason able and can provide reference for the subsequent researches.
