摘要
目的应用CiteSpace可视化分析软件并结合相关研究证据,探讨国外类风湿关节炎护理领域的研究现状、研究热点及趋势,以期为国内类风湿关节炎的临床护理研究提供借鉴与参考。方法运用CiteSpace可视化分析软件,在Web of Science核心合集数据库检索从建库到2022年3月31日类风湿关节炎护理研究领域的相关文献,进行知识图谱的绘制及可视化分析。结果最终纳入693篇文献,发文量最多的国家为美国,中国排名第5。研究热点集中在流行病学研究及影响因素、生活质量、慢病管理、健康教育、质性研究等方面。研究前沿与趋势主要有建议、疾病活动、结局等。结论国外类风湿关节炎护理研究领域的发文量整体呈波动上升趋势,类风湿关节炎护理日益受到关注,研究国家、机构、作者需加强合作,不断拓展研究内容的广度和深度。
Objective To explore the research status,hotspots,and trends in the field of rheumatoid arthritis nursing care aboard by using CiteSpace visual analysis software and combining with relevant research evidence,in order to provide reference for the clinical nursing care research of rheumatoid arthritis in China.Methods CiteSpace visual analysis software was used to retrieve the relevant literature in the field of rheumatoid arthritis nursing care research from the establishment of the database to March 31,2022 in the Web of Science core collection database,and the knowledge map was drawn and visually analyzedized.Results A total of 693 articles were included,and the country with the largest number of publications was the United States,and China ranked fifth.The researches mainly focused on epidemiological studies and influencing factors,quality of life,chronic disease management,health education,qualitative research and so on.Research frontiers and trends mainly included suggestions,disease activities,outcomes,etc.Conclusion The number of articles published in the field of nursing care research of rheumatoid arthritis in foreign countries shows an overall trend of fluctuation and,increases,and the nursing of rheumatoid arthritis is increasingly concerned.Research countries,institutions,and authors need to strengthen cooperation and continuously expand the breadth and depth of research content.
