摘要
胶原能够有效促进血浆结块和血小板凝血,相比其他常用的止血材料,其止血率高,止血效果更好,且没有什么副作用,相对经济,是理想的止血材料。单纯的胶原材料的血液浓缩效果不好,吸水性能也相对较差,进而影响到材料的止血效果。所使用的止血材料大都是用胶原与其他材料复合制成,性能优良。研究以胶原、氯化钙、透明质酸作为原材料,加入交联剂碳化二酰亚胺,制备胶原复合止血材料,并通过体外试验分析其止血效果。结果表明,复合胶原止血材料具有良好的生物相容性,止血效果优良。
Collagen can effectively promote plasma caking and platelet coagulation.Compared with other commonly used hemostatic materials,it has high hemostatic rate,better hemostatic effect,no side effects and is relatively economical.It is a very ideal hemostatic material.The blood concentration effect of simple collagen material is not good,and the water absorption performance is relatively poor,which affects the hemostatic effect of the material.Therefore,most of the hemostatic materials used are made of collagen compounded with other materials,with excellent performance.This time,collagen,calcium chloride and hyaluronic acid were used as raw materials and crosslinking agent carbodiimide was added to prepare collagen composite hemostatic material.At the same time,its hemostatic effect was analyzed.Finally,the results show that the composite collagen hemostatic material had good biocompatibility and excellent hemostatic effect.
