摘要
采用熔融浸渍工艺制备了基于生态修复的碳纤维复合材料,研究了碳纤维质量分数对CCF/PA6复合材料物相组成、动态力学性能、热稳定性和拉伸性能的影响。结果表明:纯PA6含有α和γ晶型;CCF/PA6复合材料中只存在γ衍射峰,α衍射峰基本消失;不同碳纤维质量分数的CCF/PA6复合材料的储能模量、玻璃化转变温度、初始结晶温度、结晶峰温度、初始结晶温度都相对纯PA6有所增加,结晶结束时间缩短。相较于纯PA6的拉伸强度(71 MPa),而不同碳纤维质量分数的CCF/PA6复合材料的拉伸强度相对PA6都有不同程度地提高;随着碳纤维质量分数的增加,CCF/PA6复合材料的拉伸强度先增大后减小,在碳纤维质量分数为45%时取得最大值987 MPa。基于生态修复的CCF/PA6复合材料中适宜的碳纤维添加量为45%。
Carbon fiber composites based on ecological restoration were prepared by melt impregnation process.The effects of fiber content on the phase composition,dynamic mechanical properties,thermal stability and tensile properties of the composites were studied.The results show that pure PA6 containsαandγcrystal form,there are onlyγdiffraction peaks in CCF/PA6 composites,and theαdiffraction peaks almost disappear.Compared with pure PA6,the storage modulus,glass transition temperature,initial crystallization temperature,crystallization peak temperature and crystallization end temperature of CCF/PA6 composites with different fiber content are increased,and the crystallization end time is shortened.Compared with the tensile strength of pure PA6(71 MPa),the tensile strength of CCF/PA6 composites with different fiber content is higher than that of PA6.With the increase of fiber content,the tensile strength of CCF/PA6 composites first increases and then decreases,and when the fiber content is 45%the maximum value(987 MPa)is obtained.The appropriate fiber content in CCF/PA6 composites based on ecological restoration is 45%.
