摘要
重庆市作为典型山地城市具有地形复杂、“吊层建筑”分布广、高层及超高层建筑总量多、城市呈多中心组团式布局结构、山城道路狭窄崎岖、人口老龄化严重、高温天气气候等特点;存在夏季火灾事故频发、火灾隐患突出、消防灭火救援难度大、消防工作挑战大等火灾风险特点。利用火灾四项指标对2000—2019年期间重庆市的火灾情况进行综合分析,围绕消防通道管理、突出问题专项整治、消防专项宣传工作开展、消防固定灭火设施建设及消防安全智能化改造推动等多个方面,提出了重庆市火灾防控对策,对提升重庆市整体的消防安全水平具有一定的现实意义。
Chongqing city as a typical mountainous city has complex terrain,"hanging layer building"distribution,high-rise and super high-rise buildings,the city is a multi-centered group layout structure,mountain city roads are narrow and rugged,the population is aging,high temperature weather climate and other characteristics;there are frequent fire accidents in summer,fire hazards,firefighting The fire risk is characterized by frequent fire accidents in summer,prominent fire hazards,difficulty in firefighting and rescue,and great challenges in firefighting.Using the four indicators of fire to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the fire situation in Chongqing during the period 2000-2019,the fire prevention and control countermeasures in Chongqing are proposed around a number of aspects such as the management of fire escapes,special rectification of outstanding problems,the development of special fire prevention and publicity work,the construction of firefighting fixed firefighting facilities and the promotion of intelligent fire safety transformation,etc.,which are of great importance to the improvement of Chongqing's overall Fire safety level has certain practical significance.
