十二水磷酸氢二钠/SiO_(2)复合相变材料的制备和性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了降低十二水磷酸氢二钠(Na_(2)HPO_(4)·12H_(2)O)的过冷度并改善其失水问题,以微粉硅胶(SiO_(2))为载体材料,采用多孔吸附法对Na_(2)HPO_(4)·12H_(2)O进行吸附制备得到了复合相变材料(Composite phase change materials,CPCM).通过T-history法考察了3种成核剂对复合相变材料过冷度的影响,并对复合相变材料的化学结构和热性能进行了测试表征.结果表明,以质量分数5%的九水硅酸钠(Na_(2)SiO_(3)·9H_(2)O)作为成核剂可使复合相变材料的过冷度降低至2.3℃;差示扫描量热仪(Differential scanning calorimeter,DSC)结果表明,添加一定量的去离子水可有效改善复合相变材料的失水问题,其相变温度为35.1℃,潜热值为152.5 J/g;傅里叶红外光谱仪(Fourier infrared spectrometer,FT-IR)结果表明,SiO_(2)和Na_(2)HPO_(4)·12H_(2)O之间仅仅是物理吸附;热失重分析仪(Thermo gravimetric analyzer,TG)结果表明,复合相变材料具有较好的热稳定性. In order to reduce the supercooling degree of disodium hydrogen phosphate dodecahydrate and improve its water loss problem,a composite phase change material(CPCM)was prepared by adsorbing disodium hydrogen phosphate dodecahydrate with SiO_(2)as carrier material in this paper.The effect of three nucleating agents on the supercooling degree of the CPCM was investigated through T-history method.The chemical structure and thermal properties of the CPCM were characterized.The results showed that using 5%sodium silicate nonahydrate as a nucleating agent could reduce the supercooling degree of the CPCM to 2.3℃.The Differential Scanning Calorimeter(DSC)results displayed that adding a certain amount of deionized water could effectively improve the water loss problem of the CPCM,with its phase transition temperature and latent heat were 35.1℃and 152.5 J/g,respectively.The Fourier Infrared Spectrometer(FT-IR)results showed that there was only physical adsorption between SiO_(2)and disodium hydrogen phosphate dodecahydrate.The Thermo Gravimetric Analyzer(TG)results indicated that the CPCM had good thermal stability.
