摘要
针对全风化花岗岩地层注浆加固时,遇到微小孔隙时的浆液失水问题,开展不同膨润土-超细水泥浆液配方的滤失试验,并对滤失泥饼进行微观结构对比分析研究。结果表明:膨润土含量及其水化胶体的形态与分布决定浆液滤失性能;适量加入超细水泥,增加细颗粒含量,胶结体更易填充颗粒间隙,滤失量相比不加超细水泥试验组减小;超量加入超细水泥导致胶体被细颗粒包裹,则无法阻止失水,滤失量反而最大。采用有限元方法进行多孔介质内渗流的数值模拟研究,探究了胶体形态、分布对泥饼内渗流影响,发现分散块状和大、小孔隙状抗滤失性极差,完整膜状抗滤失性最佳。
Aiming at the problem of water loss of grout in the grouting reinforcement of fully weathered granite stratum when small pores were encountered,filtration experiments of different bentonite-superfine cement grout formulations were carried out,and the microstructure of filtration mud cakes was compared and analyzed.The results show that the content of bentonite and the morphology and morphological distribution of colloid determine the filtration property of the grouting.Appropriate addition of ultrafine cement can increase the content of fine particles and reduce filtration by making the colloid easier to fill the gap between particles.Excessive addition of ultrafine cement leads to colloid being wrapped by fine particles,which can’t prevent filtration,the filtration increased.To study the effect of colloid on the seepage,numerical simulation was studied by using finite element method.It is found that the filtration resistance of dispersed block and large and small pores is very poor,and complete membrane is the best.
