摘要
本研究以高峰森林公园为对象,基于模糊集定性比较法的组态效应分析,从游客满意度和森林环境效益两方面进行使用后评价。结果表明:(1)到访公园的游客在基础设施、服务设施、景观质量和游憩体验4个维度之间的满意度具有关联性;(2)根据组态效应分析结果,提高游客的满意度的路径有:当公园的森林环境效益较差时,需加重改善已有的基础设施和服务设施,辅助提升景观质量;当森林环境效益一般时,主要优化基础设施、服务设施和游憩体验;而当森林环境效益较好时,维持现状,针对突出问题重点改进。最后围绕研究结论提出优化建议,为森林公园的规划建设提供参考。
Based on the configuration effect analysis of the fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis,this study used Gao Feng Forest Park as its subject and carried out a post occupancy evaluation from two perspectives:tourist satisfaction and benefits to the environment of the forest.The results showed that:(1)There was a correlation between tourist happiness in the four areas of infrastructure,service facilities,landscape quality,and recreational experience.(2)The examination of the configuration effect analysis suggested four approaches to increase visitor satisfaction:It was necessary to upgrade the current infrastructure and service facilities to help improve the landscape quality when the forest environmental benefit of the park was subpar;Infrastructure,service facilities,and recreational opportunities was the primary optimization targeted when the level of environmental benefits from forests was average;Maintained the status quo and concentrate on fixing the obvious issues when the degree of forest environmental benefit was high.In order to serve as a guide for the design and construction of the forest park,the article concluded by making some optimization recommendations based on the findings of the study.
