摘要
介绍了免耕播种施肥机的整体结构和工作原理,并对其核心部件进行了分析和设计,最后基于MSP430微处理器,从硬件和软件两部分设计和实现了免耕播种施肥机精量控制系统。测试结果表明:精量控制系统播种玉米精度在98.5%以上,施肥控制实验的误差在2.5%以内,精准度高,可以满足实际应用需求,证实了系统的可靠性和稳定性。
It first introduces the overall structure and working principle of no tillage sowing and fertilizing machine,then analyzes and designs its core components,and finally designs and implements the precision control system of no tillage sowing and fertilizing machine from two parts of hardware and software based on MSP430 microprocessor.The actual test results show that the precision control system has a corn sowing accuracy of more than 98.5%,and the error of fertilization control experiment is less than 2.5%.It has high accuracy,can meet the actual application requirements,and confirms the reliability and stability of the system.
