摘要
排种器采用整体锥面型孔盘、限量刮种器和柱塞式投种器等新结构组成“一器三行”的独特形式,为亩播量3～5kg的小麦单粒精播农艺要求提供了优质、高效的精播机,也能满足6～12kg的精密点条播。应用小麦精播机每亩可省种3～5kg、平均增产50kg左右。
We adopted new construction--solid cone face seed plate, quantity limiting cut-off and plunger type knocker in the design of metering device which seeding three rows by one feeder. The rate of wheat seeding is varied from 45 kg to 135 kg per hectare. It is precision in seed spacing or uniform distribution in the row. The rate of seed damage caused by the feeder is less than 1%. The application of the precision wheat seeder assuredly saves 45-75 kg of seeds and increases wheat output 750 kg per hectare.
