基于UG的双翻转3次顶出机构模具设计及运动仿真 被引量:6

摘要 针对塑件内壁半圆槽难脱模的成型特点,运用UG 10.0软件的CAD模块进行了翻转脱模机构及模具结构的设计,并运用运动仿真模块对翻转式3次顶出脱模机构及模具的整体功能进行了运动仿真分析。翻转脱模机构中,通过3块顶出板、分3次对塑件的型芯分块进行驱动:第一次将塑件从主型芯上顶出;第二次实现4个半圆成型块的翻转抽芯;第三次通过推管将塑件完全顶出。UG运动仿真结果表明,翻转机构能可靠地实现塑件的完全脱模。 For the demoulding difficulty of plastic wall semicircle trough,the CAD module of UG 10.0 software was used to design the reverse demoulding mechanism and mould structure,and the motion simulation module was used to simulate the three times reversed ejection mechanism and the overall function of the mould.The core block of parts are driven by three ejector plates respectively:firstly,the plastic parts are demoulding from the main core;secondly,to achieve the reversed core-pulling of four semicircle forming blocks;thirdly,the plastic parts are ejected completely by pushing tubes.The results of UG motion simulation show that the reverse mechanism can realize the complete demoulding of the plastic parts reliably.
