摘要
以研发技术以及进入市场的先后顺序刻画下游企业的市场地位,分析上游供应商在面对异质性下游企业时对合作对象的选择。结果表明:供应商的研发合作会带来企业利润的提升,同时可以提升整体社会福利水平;在合作对象选择上,当下游领导者(强者)研发技术水平优势比较大(小)时,上游供应商会选择下游市场的领导者(追随者)进行研发合作。
This paper describes the market position of downstream enterprises based on R&D technology and market entry sequence,and then analyzes upstream supplier’s choice of partners when facing heterogeneous downstream firms.Result shows that supplier’s R&D cooperation can improve corporate profits and overall social welfare.In terms of the selection of partners,when the downstream leader(strong)has a relatively large(small)advantage in R&D technology,the upstream supplier will choose the leader(follower)of the downstream market for R&D cooperation.
