摘要
上海市第六人民医院是一家大型综合医院,骨科为最大优势学科,在长期的探索实践中逐步建立了医学装备循证管理体系。本文总结了该院医学装备循证管理探索历程的5个主要阶段,分别为循证理论探索、工具与组织程序的开发、宣传与交流、管理决策优化、学科运营介入;分析出其医学装备循证管理探索较多起源于医用耗材管理,逐步推广至其他医学装备类别;总结出其在装备退出时的主动循证管理仍有待进一步探索。
Shanghai Sixth People’s Hospital is a large general hospital with orthopedics as the most dominant discipline,and it has gradually established an evidence-based management system for medical equipment in the long-term exploration and practice.This paper summarized the five main stages of the exploration process,which were evidence-based theoretical exploration,development of tools,organization and procedures,publicity and communication,management decision optimization,and the intervention of discipline operation.It was analyzed that the exploration of evidence-based management of medical equipment mostly originated from the management of medical consumables,and then gradually extended to other categories of medical equipment.It is concluded that the active evidence-based management of equipment withdrawal still needs to be further explored.
