摘要
基于医院的卫生技术评估(hospital-based health technology assessment,HB-HTA)已被欧美国家广泛应用于医院管理决策,而在我国的实践还很少。上海某医院经过12年的探索,建立了符合国情、院情的HB-HTA组织结构、工作流程及评估方法,使医用耗材管理决策建立在证据的基础上。这一案例证明在中国开展HB-HTA是完全可行的,其运行方式可供国内同行参考。
Hospital-based health technology assessment(HB-HTA)has been widely used in hospital management decision-making in Europe and the United States.However,the practice is still very few in China.After twelve years’exploration,a hospital in Shanghai established the organizational structure,working process and evaluation methods of hospital-based health technology assessment according to national and hospital conditions,so as to make management decisions of medical devices based on evidence.This case proved that it is feasible to carry out HB-HTA in China,and its operation mode can be referenced by domestic counterparts.
