摘要
乳腺增生疾病(HDBA)是一种慢性乳房疾病,其具有周期性乳房疼痛的症状特征。现阶段,临床西医治疗HDBA主要是采用激素药物,但其临床效果尚未达到预期。目前,中医临床治疗可有效提高HDBA患者的临床疗效,减轻机体疼痛程度,调节机体性激素水平。此文旨在对中医药治疗HDBA作出以下综述,其中包括HDBA的病因病机及中医治疗方法等。
Breast hyperplasia disease(HDBA)is a chronic breast disease with periodic breast pain symptoms.At this stage,the clinical western medicine treatment of HDBA mainly uses hormonal drugs,but its clinical effects have not yet reached expectations.At present,clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of HDBA patients,reduce the degree of pain in the body,and regulate the level of sex hormones in the body.This article aims to make the following summary of the treatment of HDBA by Chinese medicine,including the etiology and pathogenesis of HDBA,and the treatment methods of Chinese medicine.
