摘要
目的探讨以不明原因发热为表现的肺结核患者的临床诊断。方法将150例以不明原因发热为表现的患者按病理学诊断分为观察组67例(肺结核)和对照组83例(非肺结核)。比较2组患者临床症状、实验室检查及影像学检查结果。结果观察组患者消瘦发生率、寒战发生率、咯血发生率、咳痰发生率及胸痛发生率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者抗结核抗体阳性率及红细胞沉降异常率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过综合临床表现、实验室检查和影像学检查诊断以不明原因炎热为主要表现的肺结核,可以提高疾病诊断的准确率,降低误诊率。
Objective To explore the clinical diagnostic analysis of tuberculosis of unexplained fever for the performance of 150 cases.Methods One hundred and fifty patients of unexplained fever for the performance were selected.According to pathological diagnosis,they were divided in two groups:Observation group with 67 cases(pulmonary tuberculosis)and control group with 83 cases(non pulmonary tuberculosis).Clinical symptoms,laboratory testsand imaging results were compared in two groups.Results The observation group of the incidence of weight loss,the incidence of shivering,the incidence of hemoptysis,the incidence of sputum and the incidence of chest pain were higher than that of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group of the pathological positive rate and the abnormal erythrocyte sedimentation rate were higher than that of the control group.The differences were statistically significant( P<0.05).Conclusion Through comprehensive clinical manifestations,laboratory tests,imaging diagnosis and treatment of disease,the accuracy of diagnosis can be improved and the rate of misdiagnosis can be reduced,which is worthy of being promoted.
