摘要
目的探讨温灸刮痧疗法在颈肩综合征中的临床应用效果。方法选择2020年3月—2021年3月南昌市洪都中医院骨科颈肩综合征患者90例作为对象,以随机数字表法分为对照1组(n=30例)、对照2组(n=30例)和观察组(n=30例)。对照1组采用艾灸治疗,对照2组采用刮痧治疗,观察组采用温灸刮痧治疗,比较3组患者的治疗效果和治疗前后的VAS评分、颈肩综合征症状体征评分。结果观察组患者的总有效率高于对照1组和对照2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3组患者治疗前的VAS和颈肩综合征症状体征评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组患者治疗后的VAS评分低于对照1组和对照2组,颈肩综合征症状体征评分高于对照1组和对照2组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在颈肩综合征患者治疗中使用温灸刮痧,比单纯的刮痧和艾灸治疗更能提升治疗效果,同时能够更好地改善患者的疼痛情况,值得推广。
Objective To explore the clinical nursing study of warm moxibustion and scraping in the treatment of neck shoulder syndrome.Methods 90 patients with neck shoulder syndrome in the Department of orthopedics of Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from March 2020 to March 2021 were randomly divided into control group 1( n=30 cases),control group 2( n=30 cases) and observation group( n=30 cases).The control group 1 was treated with moxibustion,the control group 2 was treated with scraping,and the observation group was treated with warm moxibustion.After treatment,the effect of the patients was evaluated,and the treatment effect of the three groups,VAS score and symptom and sign score of neck shoulder syndrome before and after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group 1 and the control group 2( P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the scores of the three groups before treatment( P>0.05).The pain scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group 1 and the control group2( P<0.05);The improvement of neck shoulder syndrome score in the observation group was better than that in the control group 1 and the control group2( P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with neck shoulder syndrome,the use of warm moxibustion and scraping therapy can improve the treatment effect and improve the pain of patients better than simple scraping therapy and simple moxibustion therapy,which is worthy of popularization and application.
