摘要
颈型颈椎病是临床常见的颈椎病类型,西医多采用药物、物理治疗等方式,但易引发胃肠功能损害,且停止治疗后易复发。刮痧属于中医外治法,具有疏经通络、行气活血的功效。该文系统梳理了近5年刮痧治疗颈型颈椎病的临床研究,聚焦颈型颈椎病的病因病机及刮痧治疗颈型颈椎病的机制、临床应用现状,旨在为优化颈型颈椎病的临床治疗方案提供参考。
Cervical spondylosis of the cervical type is a common type of cervical spondylosis in clinical practice.Western medicine often adopts methods such as drug and physical therapy,but it is prone to cause damage to gastrointestinal function and is likely to recur after treatment is stopped.Gua sha is an external treatment method in traditional Chinese medicine,which has the effects of unblocking meridians and collaterals,promoting the circulation of qi and blood.This article systematically reviewed the clinical research on gua sha in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of the cervical type in the past five years,focusing on the etiology and pathogenesis of cervical spondylosis of the cervical type,as well as the mechanism and clinical application status of gua sha in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of the cervical type,aiming to provide a reference for optimizing the clinical treatment plan of cervical spondylosis of the cervical type.
