摘要
黄土隧道的特殊工程性质,施工常伴随有围岩大变形现象,铁路SJS-Ⅴ标黄土隧道施工中出现不同程度的变形侵限,为保证隧道空间和结构安全,需要对侵限地段做换拱处理,换拱按照先支撑、弱拆除、强支护的原则逐榀顺序更换,在进行正式换拱前,对待换拱的部位用I20 a工字钢进行加固,换拱时严把拱架接头连接质量关,为了防止新换拱架地段出现新的变形,在拱架换完喷混凝土覆盖后,需在中台阶底部及时增加水平撑,以使中、上台阶及时封闭成环,保证换拱质量及施工安全。
Due to the special engineering nature of loess tunnel,the construction is often accompanied by large deformation of surrounding rock.There are varying degrees of deformation and limit invasion during the construction of loess tunnel in railway SJS-V bid.In order to ensure the safety of tunnel space and structure,it is necessary to replace the arch in the section with limit invasion.The arch replacement shall be replaced one by one according to the principle of first support,weak demolition and strong support.Before formal arch replacement,The parts to be replaced with I20a I-beam shall be reinforced.During arch replacement,the connection quality of arch joint shall be strictly controlled.In order to prevent new deformation in the section of newly replaced arch,after the arch is replaced and covered with shot crete,the horizontal support shall be added at the bottom of the middle step in time,so that the middle and upper steps can be closed into a ring in time,so as to ensure the quality of arch replacement and construction safety.
