尿毒清颗粒辅助治疗早期糖尿病肾病对机体氧化/抗氧化平衡及血清LncRNA KCNQ1OT1、LncRNA Malat1的影响 被引量:13

Effects of Niaoduqing granules on oxidative/antioxidant balance and serum LncRNA KCNQ1OT1 and LncRNA Malat1 in the adjuvant treatment of early diabetic nephropathy

摘要 目的探讨尿毒清颗粒辅助治疗早期糖尿病肾病(DN)对机体氧化/抗氧化平衡及血清长链非编码RNA(LncRNA)KCNQ1重叠转录物1(KCNQ1OT1)、LncRNA人肺腺癌转移相关转录本(Malat1)的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2022年1月于该院就诊的100例早期DN患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组给予常规治疗联合尿毒清颗粒辅助治疗,两组均治疗3个月。比较两组治疗前后的氧化/抗氧化指标、肾功能指标、血糖指标、炎症指标、LncRNA KCNQ1OT1、LncRNA Malat1水平,并比较两组的临床疗效和不良反应发生率。结果与治疗前1 d比较,治疗后1 d两组总抗氧化能力、超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶水平均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组终末氧化蛋白产物、丙二醛、肾功能指标、血清空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、白细胞介素(IL)-1β、IL-6、C反应蛋白、LncRNA KCNQ1OT1、LncRNA Malat1水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组临床有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的82.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学无意义(P>0.05)。结论尿毒清颗粒辅助治疗早期DN可通过调控氧化/抗氧化平衡降低LncRNA KCNQ1OT1、LncRNA Malat1水平,改善血糖水平和肾功能,抑制炎症反应,改善临床疗效,且不良反应少。 Objective To investigate the effects of Niaoduqing granules assisted treatment on early diabetic nephropathy(DN)on oxidation/antioxidant balance,serum long non-coding RNA(LncRNA)KCNQ1 overlapping transcript 1(KCNQ1OT1)and LncRNA metastasis-associated transcript of human lung adenocarcinoma(Malat1).Methods A total of 100 patients with early DN admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The oxidation/antioxidant indexes,renal function indexes,blood glucose indexes,inflammatory indexes,LncRNA KCNQ1OT1,LncRNA Malat1 levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,the clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with 1 day before treatment,the levels of total antioxidant capacity,superoxide dismutase and catalase in both groups increased 1 day after treatment,and which in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of end-oxidized protein products,malondialdehyde,renal function indexes,serum fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,interleukin(IL)-1β,IL-6,C-reactive protein,LncRNA KCNQ1OT1 and LncRNA Malat1 in both groups decreased,and which in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(82.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The adjuvant treatment of early DN with Uiduqing granules can reduce the levels of LncRNA KCNQ1OT1 and LncRNA Malat1 by regulating the oxidation/antioxidant balance,improve blood glucose level and renal function,inhibit inflammatory response,and improve clinical efficacy with a few obvious adverse reactions.
